Partners in Recovery is a DBA to Evolve Counseling & Holistic Wellness, LLC.  Evolve Counseling is a sole-proprietor offering independent substance use counseling services and comprehensive substance use assessments for the ongoing treatment of substance use disorders.  It is at the sole discretion of the owner of Evolve Counseling & Holistic Wellness, LLC if an individual meets the criteria for services as the service is referral based via court orders, legal counsel or through a treatment facility.
