NO-CALL, NO-SHOW POLICY UPDATE EFFECTIVE 11/21/2021:  I understand that there are extenuating circumstances and things can often be outside one’s control.  Please contact the office by calling 517-712-9736, texting the same number or emailing [email protected] should you need to cancel without 24 hour prior notice to discuss your individual circumstances.  Please understand that if you miss your appointment that is already on the books, by failing to show for your scheduled appointment, or if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $50.00 no-call, no-show or late cancellation if your appointment is not rescheduled within the same week, where applicable.  I try to avoid charging no-show fees, but if no-shows, no-calls or reschedules occur on a regular basis, you may be discharged from my office.
