E-Counseling and Coaching

E-Coaching and Counseling is performed solely via the internet on a confidential and secure venue.  It allows for autonomy and flexibility while addressing real issues affecting ones ability to overcome barriers.  Sessions can be scheduled at a time convenient for you while in the comfort of your home anywhere in the world!  E-Coaching and Counseling is designed to meet you where you are. 

Whether you are seeking long-term services or are dealing with a short-term issue, e-coaching and counseling can aid in a resolution for a wide-range of issues that you find difficult to overcome such as trauma, transitional issues, substance abuse, career change, or relocation for example.

Appointments

E-Counseling - If you are a resident of the state of Michigan it is possible that your insurance is accepted as a form of payment if Evolve Counseling & Holistic Wellness, LLC is a participating provider of your insurance.  Acceptable insurances are listed under the Counseling tab above.  You will still be responsible for co-payments and deductibles based on your insurance carriers patient expectations.  Upon completion of your appointment request, you will be contacted to complete an insurance verification.  

E-Coaching -  If you reside outside of the state of Michigan or outside of the United States, you will be responsible for payment in full prior to your scheduled appointment time.  Upon completion of your request for an appointment, a fee agreement will be completed.

E-Coaching and E-Counseling is conducted via a secure, HIPAA compliant service that is accessible by clicking on the link below once a scheduled appointment is confirmed.  Please keep this link handy for ease of access on the day of your appointment. https://doxy.me/evolvecounselingandholisticwellness.   This is a free service. 

PAYMENT

Payment is due at least two days prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to pay prior to the scheduled appointment time, will cancel your appointment.
