Essential oils have been used throughout history to aid in healing of various forms of ailments including healing wounds, pain reduction to enhancing emotional and spiritual well-being. 

Oils labeled Vitality can be ingested and are often used in cooking.  If oils are not labeled with Vitality, then they are not for ingesting.
